You probably routinely conduct insight activity like exploratory research, ideation, and concept/comms/user testing etc. So… 


Step 1: Ask whether people with different disabilities were involved in your organisation’s insight activity.


Step 2: Routinely include those voices in the insight work you conduct, inclusive insights.
